SMILE study

SMILE STUDY

What is Smile

The goal of the study is to demonstrate a significant decrease in the rate of Heart Failure (HF) re-hospitalizations, based on ReDS-SensiVest™ directed treatment as an adjunct to standard of care, during the entire randomized follow-up period. Patients are enrolled during an index hospitalization of ADHF and are followed for a period of 3 to 9 months.

SMILE – where we are today

SMILE study is composed of a treatment group and a control group. Both patient groups get the highest standard of care currently available for HF patients, but the treatment group is measured and monitored by ReDS™ device in addition. Currently, more than 120 patients and more than 30 sites participate in the SMILE study, and we are recruiting additional patients and sites.
