INTRODUCING

ReDSTM

Remote Dielectric Sensing

What is Remote Dielectric Sensing
ReDSTM is a non-invasive tool for the measurement of lung fluid. Using two specially designed radar sensors the wearable vest is able to provide an absolute percentage of fluid that is not dependent on a baseline reading.

What is Normal
Lung Fluid Content?

Direct measurement of fluid in the lungs means you and your patients have an actionable number to help manage and treat heart failure cases. Normal lung fluid content is around 20-35%.

This ReDS™ protocol was developed by Geisinger to help interpret the fluid volume information provided by the system.

LUNG FLUID MEASUREMENT
FOR HEART FAILURE PATIENTS
Absolute

Remote Dielectric Sensing provides
absolute, non-invasive measurements
of fluid in the lung using RF waves.

Accurate

ReDS™ has proven accuracy
with correlation to CT measurements.

Actionable

ReDS™ provides actionable data to
reduce HF readmissions.

In a Clinical Study ReDS™ lowered HF
readmissions by 87%, and after ceasing
use readmissions rebounded by 78%.
